Good product, subpar customer service

Received the product and it seems to be of good quality, but I realized I did not like the large size and wanted to exchange it for the smaller size. I reached out to their customer service who eventually informed me they would be forwarding the return/exchange request to their “e-commerce department”. It has been a week and I have yet to hear back. I also emailed the customer service department again to make sure I should not be looking for a different email address as I have not observed an email regarding this issue, but have yet receive any response.

I received my bracelet today. I love it and I am honored to wear it. The quality is superior. It makes me so sad to think that there are so many of our military committing suicide each day. This bracelet is a great way to get the word out and help people become aware of this.
